Disclaimer

Last updated: July 11, 2026

This Disclaimer applies to https://privatetake.com and related materials (the "Service") operated by FiveToClose. PrivateTake is another product of the brand FiveToClose.cloud. By using the Service you also agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Educational and informational purposes

Marketing copy, feature descriptions, architecture statements, and product demos are for general information. Nothing on the Service is professional legal, medical, financial, cybersecurity, or compliance advice tailored to your situation. Consult qualified professionals for HIPAA, attorney-client confidentiality, financial regulations, employment policy, and similar obligations.

2. Zero video retention is architecture—not a magic shield

The product is designed so recordings are not uploaded to PrivateTake servers. That reduces certain classes of provider-side leak risk. It does not eliminate:

You remain responsible for endpoint security and where files go after export.

3. No guarantee of capture quality or feature parity

Browser APIs differ across Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. System audio capture depends on OS and what the user chooses to share. Large recordings and on-device AI (e.g. captions) may be slow or fail on older hardware. We do not guarantee frame rate, resolution, audio sync, transcription accuracy, or identical results on every computer.

4. No guarantee of audience, platform approval, or business results

We make no promises regarding YouTube performance, course sales, affiliate commissions, support ticket resolution, or hiring outcomes from videos you create. PrivateTake is a recording/editing tool—not a growth agency.

5. Pricing and plans

Free access (after Google + 2FA) and paid plans (Pro, Creator, Business, Lifetime) are described on the site and in the Terms. Prices and included features may change for future purchases. Paid features may ship progressively; entitlements unlock modules as they become available in the client.

6. Third-party services

Google (login), Stripe (payments), certificate authorities, and hosting providers have their own terms and outages. We are not responsible for third-party downtime or policy changes.

7. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiveToClose disclaims liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including lost recordings, leaked exports you stored elsewhere, or decisions made based on product marketing. See the Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability.
